While interning at Mohawk I will not be paid for those hours. However when I am working the Pro Shop, Bar tending, or working an event it will be paid minimum wadge. With the bar though i will only be paid $4.05 but will also be making tips, the same with beer carting.
Duties, Goals and Learning Opportunities
Duties:
Creating, Promoting, and planning events. Bar tending and beer cart. Working the Pro Shop. Grounds work, like picking the range. Cooking for the members and Nick. Cleaning everything everywhere. Then lastly Helping members with their clubs, bags, getting carts, and whatever else they need.

Goals:
My goals for this summer are to gain knowledge and skill with creating and planning events. Along with improving my social skill, and building my resume and connections. Lastly I would not mind if I learned a little bit about how to play golf while I am working here.

Leaning Opportunities:
I have an abundance of learning opportunities while working at a place like Mohawk. I feel like everyday I am learning something new whether is is a new drink and how to make it, or tips for planning an event, or ways to make an event better, to how to clean pool water correctly with chemicals,to even fun facts about golf! I think I will learn a lot about how much work it takes to plan and manage an event for a place like a country club.
